This Sabyasachi will always remain the most special for me as it was the first Sabyasachi I acquired. After months of discussing with PKG and debating about it, I decided enough was enough! I gifted it to myself for my 21st birthday. And ladies let me tell you one thing, whilst it is quite lovely if someone thinks of buying you Sabyasachi, but the joy of wearing one that you worked hard for yourself is something else! This came with a blue velvet blouse piece however keeping in mind my climate and the fact that I’d fallen in love with this piece when it was displayed with a black blouse, I opted for a simple cotton black blouse with the Sabya embrodied border.
When shooting for this photo set I realised that as amazing as you feel wearing a Sabya, I have more fun shooting a Sabya! And no not shooting a Sabya on someone, but just shooting that piece itself! The camera loves it!
{P.S: For the ladies who think too much of their figure, I highly recommend a fletcher saree because it carries off much better if you have decent waist to fill it up! In fact the slimmer ladies will find this fabric a challenge to wear.}
