These beautiful boys are going to Brazil!!!!! So bloody proud of them all! People are quick to make all sorts of predictions about how their qualifying may come easy since they played with young teams and that they’ll hardly last in the WC in the long haul. For the first criticism I’d like to to ask people to go watch the nail biting matches the boys played especially against Japan and Iraq and judge for yourself the skill the Boys in Green & Gold. And as for the latter, do you know how much drive and conviction it takes for an Australian team to make it to the WC three consecutive years in a row coming from a nation that possibly doesn’t even tune into their matches and lives & breathes cricket and AFL? But they are standing firm in their conviction to breed a new culture in the nation and if the stadium occupancy is anything to go by in the last two matches I can safely say the boys are on their way to changing the nation’s perception. I don’t care care how long they last. An entry and a dignified one at that is all it takes to make an Aussie super proud of these guys.  Lame losers critical opinion be damned…WE ARE GOING TO BRAZIL!!!!!
